Join the movement & show the world your love

The World Vision Global 6K for Water is coming to Kelowna.  The Global 6K is an easy way to empower your friends and family, engage your community, and provide clean, life-giving water to children around the world. Nearly everyone in your community can walk, run, or wheel their way across the finish line. Access to clean water is essential to World Vision’s goal of the sustained well-being of children – Kelowna can help us get there. This year we want to invite you and your community to join the movement. Register now to take part in our Global 6K for Water. Then you can stick around to celebrate with us afterwards!  Together with your crew join us for #lovecankelowna.

How it works

Each race registration of $20, plus your fundraising efforts, will help to bring sustainable clean water to children and families in Africa. You will get a glimpse of what women and children must endure every day just to find water. 6K is the average distance people – usually women and girls – walk to get water for their families in the developing world. Often, the walk is dangerous and causes children to miss school.

Thank you to all who volunteered!
